Gabriel Lester (1972, Amsterdam)

Gabriel Lester’s is an inventor and cineaste. His artwork, films and installations originate from a desire to tell stories and construct environments that support these stories or propose their own narrative interpretation. Like cinema, Lester’s practice has come to embrace all imaginable media and occupy both time and space.

Margit Koller (1991, Budapest, Hungary)

I make doors and windows – carved by wood, or build them, or just project them on to the wall. These environments and installations are always the copy of real spaces, however they show a surreal reality's illusion in their temporality or spatiality.

Yolanda Ríos Coello (1979, Spain)

Her work is characterized by the influence of the world of architecture in sculpture, and how the architectural space can be used as a sculptural matter. Usually it is inspired by the world of architecture and inhabited space, particularly in the concepts 'construction', 'destruction', 'ruin' and 'deconstruction'.

Martin Lukáč (Slovak painter, 1989, Prague, Czech Republic)

Throughout his work, Martin Lukáč often references past artistic forms present in modernism and socialist realism, and attentively diverges from them. Experimenting with materials and mediums of representation, and influenced by ubiquitous pop-culture imagery, Lukáč takes on the concept of Deleuzian controlled hysteria, where the artist becomes the work, which in turn reflects the intensity of sensations and impulses present within him.
